Information we receive

• Request forms: your name, email, phone, FNU track, clinical timing, city and state, and anything you write.
• Chat, WhatsApp and text: the messages you send the placement desk and our replies.
• A chat ID in your browser: a random identifier in local storage that reconnects you to your conversation. It isn't an advertising cookie.
• The page you're reading while the chat is open, so the desk has context.
• Email sign-ups: the address you give for placement tips.
• Visitor identification: a marketing partner's script may recognize a returning visitor and match the visit to an email address that partner already holds, so we can follow up about clinical placement.

How we use it

• To reply and to plan your placement: the preceptor, the site and the paperwork your FNU track needs.
• To reach you by email, call or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to end texts.
• To send occasional placement emails, each with an unsubscribe link.
• To share with a preceptor or site only the details they need to consider you, and only after you ask us to go ahead.

We don't sell your information or pass it to advertising networks.

Who processes it for us

Hosting, chat, messaging and email providers handle your details on our behalf under their own security terms, and our visitor-identification partner processes visit data under its own privacy terms. Preceptors and sites see what they need, only once you've asked us to proceed.

Keeping and deleting

We keep records while your placement is being planned or delivered and for a reasonable time after. Ask and we'll delete them sooner unless the law requires us to keep something.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Reply STOP to texts or unsubscribe from emails at any time.
