Who we are

Frontier Preceptor is an independent placement service. It isn't part of, run by or endorsed by Frontier Nursing University; we use FNU's name to say whose students we help.

What we do and don't do

• We look for preceptors and sites that match your track, visit counts and location, and help you prepare what the CSAF and Clinical Credentialing ask for.
• We don't approve sites or preceptors; FNU does.
• We can't promise that a preceptor will commit, that a site will sign FNU's agreement by a date, or that FNU will approve a placement.
• We don't complete coursework, sign documents for anyone, or log hours or visits for you.

Your part

• Tell us accurately about your track, license and location.
• Follow FNU's rules, your course guidelines and your site's policies.
• Keep CastleBranch and your other FNU requirements current.

Quotes and payment

If you go ahead, you receive a written quote and terms for your track, hours and location before you commit. Those written terms govern payment, changes and refunds, including any offer running at the time.

About the information here

Our guides explain FNU's clinical process as FNU publishes it, checked on the date shown on each page. FNU can change its rules; your Clinical Advisor, your RCF and FNU's current guidelines have the final word.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, including a delayed term or graduation, arising from a site's, preceptor's or school's decision. Consumer rights that can't be limited are unaffected.

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the day it's posted.
